What we collect

• Calculators: nothing. Figures stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
• Forms: the data you send (name, email, message and the other fields of the form) and the page you sent it from, to answer you. They are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
• Spam protection: when you send a form we keep a one-way, daily-changing code derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We never store the IP address itself, and the code is deleted after 2 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service (art. 6.1.f).
• Analytics: aggregated, cookieless page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), without personal profiles. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

Retention

Messages: up to 12 months after the last contact, or the legal period if a contract follows.

Processors

Hosting and form database (Cloudflare, Inc. — form data stored in the EU; EU-US Data Privacy Framework). No data is sold or used for advertising profiles.
